For all Non-Business Clients We charge $55 per hour with a 2 hour minimum for onsite service calls within our coverage area. However, if your technical issue can be addressed using a ‘remote connection’ directly to your computer without the need for on onsite visit, the 2 hour minimum requirement will be waived and the rate drops to $45 per hour.
For all Business Clients and all other technology related services, including consulting, one on one instruction, web design or the setup, installation and/or configuration of new hardware or software, we charge $85 to $150 per hour depending on the type of service required. We also offer monthly IT Support service plans at discounted rates for all of our Business Clients. Additional fees may be required for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Payment methods include Cash, BitCoin and Credit Cards/Debit Cards using PayPal or Google Wallet. Note: PayPal Credit Card/Debit Card Payments require an additional 3% transaction fee.
For all technical support related issues, please be ready to describe the details of your computer or software issue including the software type, and the version of Microsoft Windows you’re using (XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10) including your computer system specs if you know them.
Once your online request has been received you’ll be contacted promptly to begin the troubleshooting process or to schedule a service call.
You must have internet access (high speed preferred) and a computer that will power up for remote online assistance. However, some issues can be addressed with a technician directly over the phone and without the need for a remote connection or an onsite visit.
