For all Non-Business Clients We charge $65 per hour with a 2 hour minimum for onsite service calls within our coverage area. However, if your technical issue can be addressed using a ‘remote connection’ directly to your computer without the need for on onsite visit, the 2 hour minimum requirement will be waived.
For all Business Clients and all other technology related services, including consulting, one on one instruction, web design or the setup, installation and/or configuration of new hardware or software, we charge $85 to $150 per hour depending on the type of service required. We also offer monthly IT Support service plans at discounted rates for all of our Business Clients. Additional fees may be required for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Payment methods include Cash, Checks, Money Orders and All Major Credit Cards using PayPal. Note: PayPal and/or Credit Card Payments require an additional 3% transaction fee.

You must have internet access (high speed preferred) and a computer that will power up for remote online assistance.
