Reasonable Rates
We charge $45.00 per hour with a two hour minimum for all 'onsite service calls' within our coverage area. However, if your issue(s) can be addressed using a remote connection directly to your computer without the need for on onsite visit the 2 hour minimum requirement will be waived. Additionally, if your computer, printer, software or other technically related issue is determined to be severe or complex in nature, additional charges will apply. For all other technology related projects, including setup, installation and configuration of new hardware or software, we charge $45 to $85 per hour depending on the type of service required. We also offer monthly IT Support Service Plans at Discounted Rates for our Business Clients. Payment methods include Cash, Business Checks, Money Orders, All Major Credit Cards and PayPal.

For support related issues, please be ready to describe the details of your computer problem(s) or software issue(s) including the software type, the version of Microsoft Windows you're using and your computer system specs if you know them. Once your online request or voice mail message has been received you'll be contacted promptly to begin the troubleshooting process or to schedule a service call.
PLEASE NOTE:
You must have internet access (high speed preferred) and a computer that will power up for remote online assistance.
